I. Main steel structure system (the main load-bearing structure of the equipment)
The steel structure is the core load-bearing structure of the 6-ton tower crane, made of high-strength alloy steel. It is resistant to deformation and corrosion, and has an overall lightweight design, suitable for installation in small construction sites. It mainly includes the base base, standard section tower body, slewing bearing assembly, tower top structure, lifting arm, balance arm, counterweight block, attachment device and guardrail. The standard section specifications are unified and highly versatile, allowing for flexible addition of lifting tower height according to the construction height; the attachment frame can be fixed to the building wall to enhance the stability of high tower operations, and the overall structure is simple, sturdy, and easy to maintain.
II. Three major operation running mechanisms (the core of power execution)
The 6-ton tower crane is equipped with a complete set of independent operation mechanisms, running smoothly and with gentle start-stop, suitable for frequent and lightweight lifting operations. It includes three core components: the lifting mechanism, the luffing mechanism, and the slewing mechanism. The lifting mechanism is responsible for vertical lifting of heavy objects, equipped with dedicated steel wire ropes and drums, with stable load-bearing; the luffing mechanism controls the small vehicle to run back and forth on the lifting arm track, adjusting the working radius; the slewing mechanism supports the tower body to rotate 360° smoothly, providing flexible operation coverage, and fully adapting to the multi-angle lifting needs of small construction sites.
III. All-round safety protection system (the ultimate safety guarantee)
The equipment is equipped with a complete set of mechanical + intelligent dual safety protection devices, in line with national safety standards, eliminating risks of overloading, over-range, and over-limit operations. It mainly includes torque limiter, lifting capacity limiter, lifting height limit, luffing limit, slewing limit, drum anti-slip device, dual braking system, emergency power-off device, etc. When the equipment encounters illegal working conditions such as overloading, exceeding the working radius, or exceeding other limits, the system will automatically sound an alarm and cut off the power supply for dangerous actions, preventing accidents from the source and meeting the safety management requirements of small construction sites.
IV Intelligent electrical control system (the central control of the equipment)
It adopts a mature variable frequency electrical control system, consisting of a closed cabinet, a linkage operation console, power cables, control lines, leakage protection device, grounding and lightning protection system. The cabinet body is equipped with a sealed waterproof, dustproof, and moisture-proof structure, suitable for outdoor open-air operations; the operation handle is precise and responsive, with no impact during start-stop, and is easy for beginners to operate.
