Core structure and working principle

The fixed tower crane is mainly composed of a metal structure (tower body, lifting arm, base), working mechanisms (lifting, slewing, rotation) and an electrical system.
It relies on the sturdy vertical tower body as the "framework" to provide support. Through the lifting arm at the top, it can perform 360° rotation and slewing to precisely move heavy objects in three-dimensional space. To maintain balance, the other end of the lifting arm is usually equipped with a balancing arm and counterweight.

Features of the product
Extremely high lifting height: Building height requirements can be satisfied by fixed tower cranes. As the building rises, the "lifting mechanism" enables them to add more traditional tower body portions, and the lifting height can reach over 100 meters.
When extremely high-rise constructions are being built, some variants can also gradually climb with the building, reaching heights of several hundred meters.
High lifting amplitude usage rate: A larger working area centered on the tower body may be created by the raising arm at the top, spanning the entire construction site and boosting productivity. The vertical tower body may easily approach the building.
Common Application Forms
In practical use, fixed tower cranes are primarily divided into the following two types based on their installation location and elevation method:
Attached self-climbing type: Installed on one side of a building, with its base fixed to a dedicated foundation. As the building rises, the tower body is connected to the structure at regular intervals using attachment rods, allowing it to climb along with the building. This is currently the most widely used form.
Internal climbing type: Installed inside the building (such as within elevator shafts or stairwells), and climbs upward along the shaft using support brackets and a lifting system. This method does not occupy external construction space and requires less tower material; however, it imposes certain requirements on the local load-bearing capacity of the building structure.
Service
1-year warranty for key parts
Operation and Maintenance Training: The manufacturer must give the buyer's operators and maintenance staff thorough technical training so they may become proficient in tower crane operation, daily maintenance, and fault early warning.
Technical Document Availability: Provide comprehensive technical drawings, maintenance instructions, and operation manuals for the equipment.
24-hour Technical Support: Offer online technical support to address technical inquiries about the upkeep and functioning of equipment.
