The Core Power of Motor Driven Power

Electric scaffolding can easily lift 10 meters high, thanks to its sophisticated motor system. When activated, the motor converts high-speed rotation into powerful torque via a gearbox, smoothly winding a steel chain or wire rope. Like reeling in a fishing line, the chain tightens link by link, propelling the platform upwards at a uniform speed. During descent, an electromagnetic brake controls the line release speed. The entire process operates at less than 65 decibels, quieter than normal conversation.

Double Safety Design
Safety is always the primary consideration for working at heights:

Fall Protection: When the lifting speed abnormally exceeds 0.8 m/s, the centrifugal brake immediately locks the track.

Overload Protection: Electronic sensors monitor the load in real time; operation automatically stops if the overload exceeds 10%.

Emergency Descent: In case of a sudden power outage, the hydraulic valve can be manually released, and the platform descends slowly at a safe speed of 0.2 m/s.

Intelligent Operation Experience
Modern electric scaffolding has evolved with user-friendly features:

A wireless remote control allows operators to freely control the platform within a 10-meter range. The LCD screen displays real-time data such as platform height and tilt angle.

An automatic leveling system ensures the platform remains level at all times, with an error not exceeding 3 degrees.

During nighttime operations, LED warning light strips automatically illuminate to create a safety light curtain.
