Before erection, engineers reviewed site conditions, checked foundation bearing capacity and completed safety technical disclosure for all operators. The whole erection workflow includes anchor bolt inspection, mast‑section splicing, slewing support assembly, jib & counter‑jib installation, counterweight placement and electrical system connection. All high‑strength bolts were tightened to required torque value. The verticality of tower body was measured and adjusted to meet specification requirements during the whole assembly process.

Comprehensive Safety Inspection & Commissioning

After mechanical assembly, a full‑range safety inspection and functional commissioning were performed:

No‑load & rated‑load operation test for hoisting, luffing and slewing mechanisms

Calibration of torque limiter, load limiter and multiple limit switches (height, luffing, slewing limit)

Hook anti‑drop device, brake system and wire rope safety check

Electrical system, earthing and lightning‑protection performance test All safety protection components responded sensitively; every running parameter meets international safety standards and passed customer joint acceptance.

Project Application Value

Put into formal operation, this tower crane undertakes lifting work of steel bars, formwork and various building materials. It greatly improves the vertical material transportation efficiency of the jobsite, shortens overall construction cycle and reduces manual handling risks. Reliable lifting performance offers solid support for the follow‑up main‑structure construction progress of the urban project.

Operation Training & After‑sales Support

Our engineers delivered on‑site operation and safety training for site operators, covering daily inspection points, prohibited operations and emergency handling methods. We provide long‑term technical consultation, periodic maintenance guidance and original spare‑parts supply. Continuous follow‑up will be conducted to track equipment operating status throughout its service life.
