On‑site Erection Workflow
Before starting erection, our engineers inspected the foundation bearing condition, confirmed anchor bolt quality and marked out safe working zones around the jobsite. The whole erection process covered tower‑body splicing, slewing unit assembly, tower‑head installation, jib and counter‑jib mounting, counterweight placement and electrical system connection. During assembly, technicians constantly checked tower verticality and tightened all high‑strength bolts to the specified torque value, ensuring stable and reliable structural performance.
Commissioning & Safety Acceptance Inspection
Once mechanical erection was completed, comprehensive commissioning and safety inspection were performed: ‑ No‑load and rated‑load lifting tests for hoisting, slewing and luffing mechanisms ‑ Calibration of load limiter, torque limiter and all travel limit switches ‑ Safety inspection of wire ropes, hooks, brake assemblies and anti‑fall devices ‑ Earthing and lightning‑protection safety test for the tower structure All safety protection parts worked sensitively and stably. The tower crane successfully passed joint acceptance inspection together with the client.
