
Inspection and Maintenance of Hydraulic Oil and Pipelines
Oil Management: Follow the lubrication table regulations strictly for adding oil and replacing it, and regularly clean the interior of the oil tank. Ensure that the hydraulic oil model meets the requirements of the current season, and the oil quality is clean, without turbidity, impurities, or emulsification, and the oil quantity is sufficient.
Pipeline Leak Prevention: Regularly check whether all pipe joints are firm and tight to ensure no oil leakage. If there is leakage in the oil pump, oil cylinder, or control valve, repair it promptly.
Filter Element Inspection: Regularly check whether the oil filter is blocked to ensure the oil circuit of the hydraulic system is unobstructed.
Test and operation specifications before and after the lifting operation
No-load test: After each inspection and maintenance are completed, a comprehensive no-load test must be conducted. Before lifting, the system should be operated in idle mode several times to ensure that there are no abnormalities in the cylinder lifting system and the piston rod extends and retracts smoothly without any jamming. Only then can the operation proceed.
Pressure verification: Before each climbing (lifting) operation, use an oil pressure gauge to check if the system pressure is normal.
Special operations in winter: When starting the hydraulic pump in winter, repeatedly start and stop the pump several times. Wait until the oil temperature rises and the control valve operates flexibly before officially using it.
Initial startup procedures: After the final assembly and major repair, when starting the oil pump for the first time, check if the inlet and outlet are connected in the correct direction, if the rotation direction is correct, and if the suction pipeline is leaking. Then, perform a hand rotation test, and finally start and test-run within the specified speed range.
