On‑site Maintenance Work

Recently, our maintenance engineers finished a full‑range routine inspection and maintenance service for the tower crane at the construction site. All inspection work was carried out at height, covering the jib, trolley, hoisting drum, safety devices and connection bolts. Every key component was carefully checked to eliminate hidden risks.

Key Components Inspected

  • Steel wire rope & hoisting drum: Check wire wear, lubrication status and winding condition
  • Safety limit switches: Test the functional reliability of height, travel and load‑limit devices
  • Jib, joint bolts and pin shafts: Inspect connection fasteners for looseness or damage
  • Counterweight blocks: Examine the fixing condition of counterweights
  • Operator's working parts: Check electrical control components and on‑site working condition

Purpose of Maintenance

Regular maintenance can effectively reduce equipment failure rates, extend the service life of tower‑crane spare parts, and guarantee safe lifting operations during construction. Potential problems are found and solved on‑site before they cause safety accidents.
