Tower cranes are the "pillars of strength" on construction sites, and their components can be divided into four main categories:

Metal Structural Components:
Tower Body: Standard sections are typically 1.6-3 meters high, connected and stacked via bolts, bearing the weight of the entire machine.

Hoist: Length 40-80 meters, available in horizontal and luffing jib types, with a trolley at the front for lifting.

Counterweight Boom: A counterweight at the rear (typically 3-20 tons) counteracts lifting torque, maintaining machine stability.

Drive System:

Motors: Hoisting motor power 15-55kW, slewing motor 5-30kW.

Reducer: Gear ratio 1:50 to 1:100, reducing speed and increasing torque.
