Pre-shift Inspection and Preparation

Appearance and Structural Inspection: Inspect all parts of the equipment, checking whether the body, guide rail frame and connecting bolts are complete, and whether there is any looseness, deformation or crack.

Safety Device Testing: Check each upper and lower limit switch, extreme switch, as well as each stop floor door, rope break protection and other safety switches to ensure their operation is sensitive and reliable.

Electrical System Inspection: Check whether the wires and cables are in good condition without damage, whether the electrical connections are firm, and ensure good grounding and no leakage hazards.
No-load Test Run: Before the official loading and unloading, conduct an up-down no-load operation test to observe whether the lifting is smooth, whether the braking is reliable, and listen for any abnormal sounds during mechanical operation.

Monitoring during operation

Load control: Strictly adhere to the rated load capacity and the limit on the number of occupants. It is strictly prohibited to overload or unevenly load materials.

Condition observation: During operation, closely monitor whether the operating parameters of the equipment are normal. Pay attention to any abnormal sounds, vibrations or odors.

Comprehensive Cleaning: Remove dust, oil stains, and debris from the guide rails, steel wire ropes, transmission parts, and platform, keeping the equipment appearance clean.

Power Off Locking: After the operation is completed, clear the materials on the platform, lower the cage to the ground, cut off the power supply, lock the switch box, cage door, and ground protection fence door.

Record and Handover: Truthfully fill in the daily maintenance record and shift handover record. If any problems or hazards are found, report them to the equipment administrator or maintenance personnel in a timely manner.
