Conventional high-rise / super high-rise building construction
Applicable scenarios: Residential buildings, office buildings, commercial complexes, etc. for vertical transportation.
Selection suggestions: The standard gear rack type construction hoist (such as the common SC200/200 type double-cage elevator) is the first choice. For super high-rise buildings over 100 meters, it is recommended to select high-speed elevators equipped with variable frequency speed regulation to improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth start and stop.
Core parameters: The rated load is usually selected as 2 tons or 3 tons; the running speed is recommended to reach 0 - 96m/min to cope with the peak flow of people and goods.
Interior elevator shaft construction
Applicable scenarios: Inside the main building, transportation of materials and personnel within the elevator shaft.
Selection suggestion: It is recommended to choose a shaft-type indoor construction lift (such as a traction elevator). This type of equipment does not require a separate foundation and can directly utilize the space within the shaft, with a running speed that can reach 2-3 times that of outdoor machines. It also has advantages such as low noise and anti-toppling protection.
Core parameters: Pay attention to modular design (for easy assembly in a narrow shaft) and automatic leveling accuracy (recommend ≤ 5mm)
Factory construction and heavy industrial transportation
Application scenarios: Industrial plant construction, production line equipment installation, warehousing and logistics, etc.
Selection suggestions: Prefer to choose rail-mounted elevators or heavy-duty cargo lifts. For special industrial environments that require explosion-proof and corrosion resistance (such as chemical plant areas), custom models with explosion-proof motors and corrosion-resistant materials should be selected.
