The modern tower crane production has abandoned the traditional manual and extensive processing mode. Relying on intelligent production lines and digital control systems, it achieves high-precision and standardized mass production. The core production processes are closely linked and strictly controlled at each level.
Strict selection and pre-treatment of raw materials
The core load-bearing steel for the entire machine is sourced from large and reputable steel mills. Before entering the factory, the material reports and mechanical performance parameters are verified one by one, and the yield strength, tensile strength and other core indicators are strictly tested. After the raw materials are stored, rust removal and oil stain removal pre-treatment are carried out uniformly to eliminate impurities and rust that may affect the subsequent welding and coating quality, ensuring the quality of the base material from the source. All raw materials are classified and coded, and managed with intelligent warehousing. The entire process is traceable.
Precision laser cutting with millimeter-level accuracy control
Using fully automatic laser cutting and intelligent sawing equipment to process components, replacing traditional manual cutting. The size accuracy of the components is controlled within ±0.5 millimeters. After cutting, automatic laser marking is performed to assign a unique identification number, covering the entire production, quality inspection, delivery, and after-sales life cycle, enabling traceability management for each component.
Precise automated welding, with stable and defect-free formation
The core load-bearing components such as tower sections, lifting arms, and balancing arms are all welded using automated welding equipment. They adopt mature and high-speed welding techniques, resulting in uniform and full weld seams, regular formation, and balanced load distribution. Compared to traditional manual welding, it effectively avoids common process problems such as false welding, slag inclusion, pores, and component deformation. The welding is highly consistent, with high structural load-bearing strength. The key load-bearing weld seams are fully covered and without any omissions. From the process perspective, this ensures the overall stability of the steel structure.
Precision machining and component calibration
After welding, the deformation of the components is corrected by professional equipment. The key positions such as the connecting flange, pin shaft hole, and bolt hole are precisely machined. The assembly accuracy is strictly controlled to ensure smooth and tight connection during on-site installation, and to prevent problems such as component misalignment and excessive assembly gap. This lays a solid foundation for the stability of the entire machine.
Sandblasting for rust removal + anti-corrosion coating, long-lasting and durable
All steel components undergo high-intensity sandblasting for rust removal, thoroughly removing oxide scales and rust layers, enhancing the adhesion of the paint. A multi-layer anti-corrosion coating process using primer and topcoat is adopted, focusing on strengthening the protection of weld seams, corners, and other vulnerable areas prone to corrosion, effectively resisting salt fog from maritime transportation and wind and rain erosion at construction sites, significantly extending the service life of the equipment, and suitable for domestic construction and overseas export scenarios.
Modular pre-installation and assembly of the complete machine
The core components such as the electronic control system, hydraulic lifting system, hoisting mechanism, and safety limit device all use high-quality brand parts from the industry, and are pre-installed in a standardized modular manner. The assembly of the complete machine strictly follows the process drawings, and high-strength bolts, pins, seals and other components are installed in a standardized way to ensure no misinstallation or omission, and to guarantee smooth operation, safety and reliability of the equipment.
