Break Down Into Smaller Parts, Scientifically Disassemble

As tower cranes are large oversized goods, they need to be scientifically disassembled by a professional team according to export standards. The core components such as the lifting arm, standard sections, and cockpit are separated, packed, and numbered one by one to ensure that the documents and models of the complete set of goods are precisely matched, guaranteeing smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
Precise Hoisting, Tough Binding
Components weighing several tons of the tower crane were smoothly lifted into the 40-foot-high container (HQ). To prevent the goods from shifting or damaging the container due to the jolting during ocean transportation, the workers used high-strength steel wire ropes, professional clasps and chains to conduct multiple three-dimensional reinforcements on the components, firmly securing the equipment.
To reduce international logistics costs, some exported tower cranes underwent space optimization design before leaving the factory, enabling the components to be packed into the containers in a more reasonable layout. This not only significantly reduced the shipping costs but also enhanced the overall performance of the equipment.
