Precisely excavate and consolidate the first line of defense

At the construction site, the huge foundation pit has taken shape. According to the on-site supervisor, the earthwork excavation for the tower crane foundation strictly follows the special construction plan. It combines mechanical excavation with manual bottom cleaning to ensure the accuracy of the base elevation and dimensions.
Binding operation
Entering the bottom of the foundation pit, several workers are squatting on the dense grid of reinforcing bars to carry out binding operations. This is the "framework" of the tower crane foundation, and its quality directly determines the foundation's anti-overturning ability.
On the site, it can be seen that the double-layer and two-way reinforced mesh is laid evenly and with uniform spacing. The workers hold binding hooks and skillfully fix each intersection firmly. At the same time, the core yellow pre-installed legs (truss columns) are precisely placed in the center of the reinforced mesh. To ensure that the verticality of the pre-installed parts and the position deviation are within the range of millimeter-level errors, the technicians used a level to conduct real-time monitoring and used auxiliary reinforcing bars to weld and fix them to the main bars to prevent displacement during the subsequent pouring.
