Precise oil selection

The working conditions of different parts of the elevator vary, and the requirements for lubricating oil also differ:
Hydraulic system special oil: Hydraulic oil is the "blood" of the equipment. In normal environments, 32# hydraulic oil is recommended; if operating in winter or in low-temperature environments, it is necessary to check and replace with hydraulic oil suitable for low-temperature environments to prevent the oil from thickening and causing system blockage.
Mechanical transmission lubricating grease: For mechanical friction parts such as guide rails, chains, gears, and pinions, special lubricating grease (such as lithium-based lubricating grease) should be selected. Applying lithium-based lubricating grease at the rotating shafts of the folding mechanism can effectively prevent rust and jamming, ensuring the equipment operates flexibly.

Scientifically determine the cycle: Implement graded lubrication and avoid "excessive or insufficient" conditions.

A reasonable lubrication cycle is the key to maintaining the "youthful" state of equipment:
Daily and weekly lubrication: During daily inspections, it is necessary to ensure that the transmission parts have sufficient lubricating oil. Every week, special lubricating grease should be applied to the rack and transmission gears to prevent dry grinding.
Monthly deep maintenance: Every month, a comprehensive inspection of key parts such as rollers, intermediate shafts, cylinder pinions, boom hinge shafts, and bearings should be conducted. Lubricating oil should be added according to the wear condition to extend the service life of the bearings. At the same time, the gear oil of the reducer should be replaced after 500 hours of first use, and then once every 1,000 hours thereafter.

Standard Operation

Clean first: Before adding lubricating oil or grease, it is necessary to clean the dust, oil stains, and debris on the friction surfaces. If there are stubborn impurities on the friction surface, they must be cleaned thoroughly with gasoline or thinner before lubrication to avoid impurities mixing in and exacerbating wear.
Prevent lateral force damage: When lubricating and adjusting equipment such as screw elevators, ensure that the screw is perpendicular to the installation surface. Do not allow external lateral forces to act on the screw to avoid deformation or abnormal wear.
