Identifying Obstacles Through Sound Analysis: Detection of Abnormal Sounds and Vibration

When the elevator is running smoothly, the sound should be uniform. If there is any abnormal noise, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection:
Overheating or abnormal noise of the motor and pump station: This may be caused by long-term overloading operation or poor lubrication of the motor bearings. Check if the motor bearings are lacking oil. If necessary, stop the machine for cooling and add lubricating oil.
Mechanical friction sound: If there is a harsh friction sound at the guide rails, rollers or chains, it is usually due to insufficient lubrication or severe wear of the components. Clean up the foreign objects in time and add lubricating grease to the sliding parts; if the chains or steel wires are worn beyond the limit, they must be replaced immediately.

The hydraulic system is the power source of the elevator. If the elevator moves slowly or fails to rise, the following steps can be followed to troubleshoot:
Check the hydraulic oil: Check if the oil level in the tank is too low, or if the oil is dark, sticky, or contains impurities. If the oil quality is poor or the oil filter is clogged, replenish or replace the 32# hydraulic oil promptly, and clean the filter element.
Check the valves and the hydraulic cylinder: Improper pressure adjustment of the relief valve, jamming of the directional control valve, or internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder can all result in insufficient pressure. Such issues involve the core hydraulic components. It is recommended that professional maintenance personnel disassemble and inspect or replace the components.

The control panel is unresponsive.

 

 

When the device does not respond after pressing the button, it is usually a problem with the electrical circuit:
Check the power supply and wiring: Confirm whether the power supply voltage is stable, check if the cables and wires are damaged or exposed, and whether all electrical connections are secure.
Examine the safety circuit: It is strictly prohibited to illegally short-circuit the safety circuit within the control panel. If you find that components such as contactors and relays are overheating or the contacts are oxidized, they need to be cleaned or replaced by a professional electrician.

Emergency Processing

 

When a malfunction or loss of control occurs during the operation of the equipment, correct emergency handling is of utmost importance:
Actively press the emergency stop button: If you notice any dangerous signs such as uncontrolled movement, tilting, or severe abnormal noises in the elevator, the operator should immediately press the "emergency stop button" to cut off the power supply.
Safe evacuation and warning: If personnel are trapped in the car or platform, they should remain calm and avoid blindly climbing or forcibly opening the door. They can call for help through the calling device and set up a warning line below the equipment to prevent others from entering the dangerous area.
Professional rescue: The emergency descent device (such as a manual pressure relief valve) can only be used after the power is cut off and by professionals who have assessed the safety. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from operating it without authorization.
