For example, the lifting car can be used in conjunction with entrance and exit conveyor equipment to fully automate the conveying process, eliminating the need for operators to enter the lifting platform, thus ensuring operator safety. It can also achieve multi-floor goods transport to improve production efficiency. Electrical control methods, work platform types, and power sources are also considered. Maximizing the functionality of the lifting platform and achieving optimal performance is key. Wall-mounted lifting platforms are hydraulic lifting machinery used for lifting goods. They use hydraulic cylinders as the main power source and are driven by heavy-duty chains and wire ropes, ensuring absolute safety during operation. No pit or machine room is required, making them particularly suitable for basements, warehouse renovations, and new shelving construction. They are easy to install and maintain, aesthetically pleasing, safe, and easy to operate. Specific production is based on the actual site environment.

 

Towable Aerial Work Platforms: Towed by a car or trailer, these platforms are quick, convenient, and compact. Made with high-quality steel, they are strong and lightweight. They can be directly connected to AC power or powered by the vehicle itself. Setup is fast, and the telescopic boom allows the work platform to be raised, extended, and rotated 360 degrees, easily overcoming obstacles to reach the work position. They are ideal aerial work platforms.

 

Self-Propelled Aerial Work Platforms: These platforms have self-propelled and steering capabilities, requiring no manual towing or external power supply. Their flexible and convenient movement makes aerial work easier and faster, making them ideal for efficient and safe production in modern enterprises. They can move quickly and slowly in different working conditions, and one person can operate them continuously in the air to perform all actions such as going up and down, forward, backward, and turning. They are particularly suitable for large-scale operations in airport terminals, train stations, docks, shopping malls, stadiums, residential properties, and factory workshops.

 

Vehicle-Mounted Aerial Work Platforms: These platforms are mounted on a vehicle. Composed of a dedicated chassis, boom, three-dimensional full-rotation mechanism, flexible clamping device, hydraulic system, electrical system, and safety devices, this is a specialized aerial work platform converted from a lift and battery-powered vehicle. Utilizing the existing DC power of the vehicle's engine or battery, it requires no external power source to both drive and operate the lifting platform. It is highly mobile, has a wide operating range, and is pollution-free, exhaust-free, and offers a large working area with high mobility. It is particularly suitable for cold storage facilities and densely populated areas (train stations, bus stations, airports). It is widely used in urban construction, oil fields, transportation, and municipal industries. Depending on individual requirements, it can be equipped with emergency descent devices in case of power failure, balance valves, automatic pressure maintaining devices, overload prevention devices, leakage protection devices, phase loss protection devices, and explosion-proof devices to prevent hydraulic line rupture.
